How long do the products last?

Because BēRUNA® products are ALIVE, like you, for optimal shelf life and nutrition we recommend refrigerating and they will stay fresh for up to a year.

Should I refrigerate my products?

Yes! For optimal flavor and nutrition, please REFRIGERATE.

How do I prepare meals with BēRUNA®?

That question is only limited to your imagination! We keep a limited number of recipes on our website and will continue to update them with your recommendation (send your favorites to tamara@be-runa.com).

SEED SALT® is a great addition to your favorite veggies, grains, legumes, eggs, proteins, salads, popcorn, snacks  as an 'upgraded table salt & seasoning'.

SEED SWEET® goes great on smoothies, fruit, chia pudding, overnight oats,  ice cream, pancakes, waffles or toast.

Can I buy BēRUNA® in stores?

Absolutely! We're expanding our in-store partnerships every day. You can find our farmers market and store locations on the website. 

How are BēRUNA® products made?

BēRUNA® products are made by hand in a professional food-grade kitchen. Our kitchen does process nuts and dairy items so keep that in mind if you or your family have high levels of sensitivity to those items. We follow the latest food standards to keep your body safe, healthy, and full of LOVE. If you have more questions please contact us.

When will my products ship?

We take great pride in getting our great products to you as soon as possible!  We do our utmost to get your products out the day of your order, and no later than 3 days through USPS Standard Shipping. Depending on your location, the total shipment time will be 3-5 days.

Can I send BēRUNA® as a gift?

Absolutely! We love you sharing our amazing Superfood Seasonings with your favorite humans!  We have a selection of beautiful, hand-packed with love, Boxed Gift Sets in our online STORE.  Add a personalized note in the "Comments" section and we will include with your order.
