INGREDIENTS: Non-GMO, Organic White Popping Corn
• 1 TBSP avocado or coconut oil
• ½ C BēRUNA® Heirloom popping corn
• 3 TBSP butter
• 2-3 TBSP BēRUNA SEED SALT® or SEED SWEET®
• Pinch of salt, pink himalayan, to taste
• Heat oil in a 3 QT thick bottom saucepan or stainless steel WhirleyPop on medium high heat.
• Cover the pot and swirl to coat the kernels with oil.
• Continue cooking until the popping slows to less than one pop per 4 seconds.
• Immediately pour popcorn into bowl.
• Melt butter in the empty hot pan. When fully melted, drizzle on popcorn.
• Sprinkle popcorn with BēRUNA SEED SALT® or SEED SWEET® and a pinch of additional salt, pink himalayan, to taste.
